Beach Boynton Beach's Oceanfront Park has been rated the best overall beach in Palm County, and with good reason. Facilities include barbecue and picnic areas, concessions, and well-maintained restrooms. Lifeguards are on duty all day long, and the beach is open 365 days a year. More intimate beachside venues include Ocean Inlet Park and Gulfstream Park. Undoubtedly, Boynton Beach's location on the ocean is one of its biggest draws. Conditions are great for year-round surfing, due to the reef break that ensures reasonably consistent waves at either low tide or high tide. Jet skis and boats can be rented along the coast, too. Scuba divers will enjoy exploring the dazzling reefs and sunken wrecks off the shore of Palm Beach County. You can even hunt for lobsters in season.
