The Tides Playa del Carmen located in Mexico’s Rivera Maya, will soon unfold upon eight acres in the vibrant heart of the resort city. Under the direction of The Kor Group, the Los Angeles-based luxury hotel and real estate developer/management company, The Tides Playa del Carmen will showcase the fusion of imaginative design and exceptional service. Set for completion in winter 2008, The Tides Playa del Carmen will offer resort residences embedded with a wealth of upscale amenities. The 209 designed and fully furnished luxury resort residences, ranging from 750 to 3,000 square feet, are available as studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom or three-bedroom resort residences. The Kor Group is currently making a limited release of these luxury residences available at pre-construction prices of $450,000 to $2.5 million. Located on the widest beachfront property in Playa del Carmen, all residences at The Tides will have private plunge pools with sun decks and expansive Caribbean sea, garden, courtyard or street scene views. Resort features and amenities will include a pool with destination bar-lounge, beach club, three restaurants and a 15,000-square foot spa.
